Patsy & Scott: Bay 7

With a groom in the minor leagues and a first look at the Durham Bulls Baseball Park you could say Patsy and Scott’s wedding day was a “home run”! Okay, all baseball puns aside, the love between these high school sweethearts is real. Just look at Scott’s face when he sees Patsy come down the isle, that’s true love ya’ll. Bay 7 was the perfect backdrop for these cuties to tie the knot. A bold black and white striped isle perfectly complemented the deep red and white flowers, and the string lights tied the whole modern romantic affair together. The sweetness between these two is beautiful to see and will leave you rooting for the home team!

Anna & Brian: Washington Duke Inn

Anna and Brian were married on a beautiful summer day at The Washington Duke Inn in Durham, NC. Not only was their love for each other evident (they may have had the sweetest first look we’ve ever seen), but so was their love for their many family and friends. Our favorite moments from the day included: Anna and Brian’s first look, the family-style set up for dinner, and the all the loving words spoken by their siblings, parents, grandfather and uncle (who officiated the wedding).

Skye & Ben, The Sutherland

Skye + Ben were married at The Sutherland in Wake Forest, NC. Their handwritten vows and thoughtful toasts made the perfect foundation for their short film. Our favorite moments from the day included: their sweet flower girl chucking petals at the ground, Skye’s first look with her dad, and Skye and Ben’s first moments together as husband + wife as they walked the grounds at The Sutherland.

Lauren & Jeff: Duke Gardens

Lauren and Jeff were married at Duke, where their friendship first started seven years ago. Some of our favorite moments from their day included: Lauren + Jeff’s reading of their handwritten notes (we love how much they have in common and how many memories they’ve made traveling the world together), their romantic first look at Duke, and the beautiful golden hour light during their first kiss as husband and wife.

Caroline & Hamp: Greensboro Country Club

Caroline and Hamp were married at First Presbyterian Church of Greensboro and they celebrated afterwards with all of their family and friends at the Greensboro Country Club! Their genuine sweetness and joy was visible from the moment we arrived to capture their day. Their personalities were perfectly reflected by the elegant and meaningful details throughout the day. From the vintage Rolls Royce that carried Caroline and her parents to the church steps, to the heirloom cake topper that graced generations of Manning wedding cakes, the whole day felt timeless.
